This midwest kimchi is an initial spring experiment between Cultivating the Commons (ctcseeds.com) and Off Type Sauce & Spice. Clint Freund grows and selects various varieties of cabbage, carrots, onions, and other vegetables in Amery, WI - which made for a delightful local and seasonal spring batch - spiced up with dried Black Hungarian peppers.
Organic Ingredients: Napa Cabbage, Carrot, Daikon Radish, Onion, Sea Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Crushed Red Peppers
